By joining our window cleaning round or using our services, you agree to the terms listed below. These conditions explain our services, scheduling and access requirements, payment terms, cancellations, complaints, liability, and other policies.

  1. Services

    We provide professional window cleaning services to both residential and commercial properties on a 4‑weekly or 8‑weekly schedule. By joining our round, you agree to ongoing regular cleans unless otherwise arranged.

  2. Scheduling & Access

    We operate on a fixed round and will attend your property on or around your scheduled date. Exact times cannot always be guaranteed due to weather and workload. You must ensure we have safe and clear access to all areas required for cleaning. If access is not available, the clean may still be chargeable.

  3. Weather Conditions

    Cleaning may still take place in light rain. In cases of severe weather, your clean will be rescheduled to the next available day.

  4. First Clean Policy

    The first clean may be charged at a higher rate due to the extra time required. We reserve the right to refuse service if windows are deemed unsafe or access is restricted.

  5. Payment Terms

    Payment is due upon completion of each clean. Payment methods may include bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods. Failure to pay promptly may result in removal from our cleaning round.

  6. Late Payments & Administration Fees

    If payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe after the clean, reminders will be issued. An administration fee may be added to your account if repeated reminders are required. Continued late payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

  7. Cancellations

    If you wish to cancel your regular service, we require at least 24 hours’ notice before your next scheduled clean. Skipping cleans regularly may result in removal from our round.

  8. Complaints

    If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will return to rectify any issues where appropriate.

  9. Liability

    We take all reasonable care while working on your property. We cannot be held responsible for pre‑existing damage to windows, frames, seals, or property. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

  10. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. If you have any questions regarding these terms, please contact us directly.
